Shipping policy

Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During launches or high-volume periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 days. You will be contacted if any unexpected delays occur.

Preorders
Preorder items do not follow normal processing times. Estimated shipping windows will be listed on the product page.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
All orders are shipped through USPS Ground Advantage or an equivalent economy service.
• United States: 3–7 business days
• U.S. Territories: 7–14 business days
• International: Not available at this time

Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier delays.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We aim to keep shipping as affordable as possible.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs. Addresses cannot be changed once an order has shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
PlushMates is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after being handed to the carrier. If an issue occurs, we will assist you in filing a claim with USPS.

Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. We only offer replacements for defective or damaged items. If you receive a damaged product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
