All Sales Final

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. All purchases made through our store are final sale.

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout, including product details, sizing, and shipping information.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours of receipt if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and assist if applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • All items (including pre-orders, limited releases, and sale items)

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If an item is eligible for replacement due to damage or defect, this will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Pre-Orders

All pre-order items are final sale and cannot be canceled or refunded once the order is placed.
Pre-order items do not follow standard processing or shipping timelines. Estimated processing and shipping details will be clearly stated on the individual product page at the time of purchase.

European Union Customers

Due to the custom and limited nature of our products, we do not offer returns under the EU 14-day cooling-off period, except where required by law for damaged or defective items.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if an item is confirmed to be damaged or defective upon arrival and approved after review. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
